Profile: Directional Rocker

A hybrid flex pattern that places camber under the feet and rocker in the tips, moving it back toward the tail, putting power under your rear foot.
The longer rocker in the nose provides extra float and better maneuverability, while the camber underfoot improves stability, grip and response.

This board has a directional shape designed to provide the best forward performance.

3D Base Contour 3.0

A freeride-oriented 3D base contour with an even balance of 7mm bevel in the nose and tail.
Spoon causes the base to roll through turns instead of landing flat, making your turns smoother and more natural.

Progressive Sidecut

This board has a progressive sidecut consisting of two mixed rays to accommodate the three stages of a turn.
This allows for easy turn initiation, offers more control during the turn and maximum power on exit.

Core: Power Core

A triple-density wood core with bamboo stringers combined with Paulownia wood for a lightweight, durable board with plenty of pop.

Ash Veneer

Thin ash wood veneer that functions both as a protective top layer and an overall reinforcing layer.
The thin wooden stringers that form the top layer provide an even flex and absorb vibrations from uneven snow conditions.

Triax Fibreglass

Multi-axis, stitched fiberglass laminate that provides a precise and responsive ride in any terrain or snow condition.

Power Basalt Stringers

Durable stringer made from 100% natural fibers.
Basalt stringers improve torque response and transfer power from under your feet to the tips of the board to reduce vibration in the nose and tail.

Carbon/Innegra Reinforcement

Carbon Innegra fiber forms an ultra-strong hybrid composite layer that cushions the board torsionally and from tip to tail.

Float Pack Inserts

Float pack inserts are extra inserts placed further back toward the tail, allowing you to move your bindings even further back for better buoyancy on deep powder days.

Base: Sintered 9900

An incredibly fast base material that easily absorbs wax for when you want to go even faster.
Made of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene and Carbon, making it quick and easy to repair.

Flip Flop Base

Producing two or more base color options minimizes p-tex waste.

Bio Resin - All Jones boards are built with bio-based, renewable epoxy instead of petroleum-based epoxy. The raw materials used to make Bio Resin are co-products or waste products from other plant-based industrial processes. Producing Bio Resin requires 33% less greenhouse gas emissions than conventional epoxy.

Traction Tech - Traction Tech has three bumps per edge (front binding, board center, rear binding). The middle bump is slightly larger than the outer bumps for better grip.

Recycled ABS - ABS Plastic is one of the necessary evils of snowboard manufacturing. Jones improves the durability of their snowboards by using only recycled plastic. The rounded sidewall finish improves board durability by protecting the top layer from crumbling.

Wend Bio Wax - Jones boards are ready to use immediately and are factory waxed with Wend Bio Wax.

Oversized Recycled Edges - Exactly what the name says, improved durability and added durability.

Factory Tuned - All Jones snowboards are factory tuned on the tip and tail so you can start riding right away.

Forever Flex - Jones boards are now slightly overbuilt and played in with specialized machines that mimic usage. This flexes the fibers and epoxy and allows them to settle into their final state, similar to riding the boards for 20 days. This makes for a much more accurate flex assessment.
